TAKEAWAY PROJECT
The brief
A well established local hot fast food delivery service requires a new menu. A suitable flat-packed card dispenser to hold these menus and a box to hold the hot food. The hot food box needs to have some form of smart indication of the temperature of the food. Design and make the required products.
This project was part of my GCSE Graphic Product.
Two possible designs for packaging nets:
Following the Italian theme, the packaging box that will store the food containers is inspired by the Colosseum. The polygon shape was chosen for tessellation purposes to be more space-efficient.
I used thermo-chromatic paper on the inside lid to provide functionality, as well as being aesthetically pleasing.
